mailing list delay

There was a mail delay on the list, holding back many messages for up
to two weeks, as mailman did run after the wheezy upgrade (fooling the
watchdog), and let my test mail through, but apparently didn't let much
else through.

It seems to be fixed now. Sorry for the hiccup.
