Thanks for responding.
True, it has nothing to do with libev (other than the context); i was
just hoping someone had a clever idea on the list;
I cant recompile on every possible permutation of eglibc/uclibc/glibc
unfortunately - so that idea is dead on arrival.
We may have to put specific versions of the libc's as a dependency
on the debian packages.
