libev release candidate

Hi,

I am using libev in an academic project.  I downloaded:

http://data.plan9.de/libev-4.11.tar.gz

last night and it compiled it using gcc 4.5.3 on a Linux box, and it 
worked as expected.  There are some warning messages, and if they are of 
interest, I can send them to the mailing list.   There is one warning 
for libev itself, and one or so for my project when ev.h is included in 
a C++ source file.

By the way, is there a list of known issues or gcc warnings that do not 
need to be reported?
