NXWEB - ultra-fast web server based on libev

Hi everyone,

Nxweb was based on libev in version 1.0, but not anymore. Sorry for
confusion.

httpress (https://bitbucket.org/yarosla/httpress/wiki/Home) is still based
on libev.
