Failing test t/80ssltest.t with recent Debian sid and stretch

Without PERL_ANYEVENT_LOOP_TESTS it works on sid, tested with 5.8.3,
5.10.1, 5.16.3, 5.18.4, 5.20.3, 5.25.10.

PERL_ANYEVENT_LOOP_TESTS=1: t/68_poe_01_basic.t hangs with 5.8.3,
5.10.1, 5.16.3. I did not wait for more than three minutes to decide
that the test hangs. POE is 1.367, EV 4.22. What else would you need to
know?
