Me too. I was compelled to finish configuring mutt for my GMX account
because it shouldn't require massaging a rodent to send mail.

FWIW, I pushed the application out to production where it fans out a
*lot* more -- about 20,000 forks in three different groups, and in
several big runs there have been no broken pipe errors. It's a bit
insane to fan out so aggressively but my client wants the application to
run really, really fast. There's still lots of travel left on the smoke
volume knob, as we're not banging into any resource limits yet and the
DS3 link is under half full while it runs.

Couldn't have done it withoutcha. Thanks for making it possible!
