Coro build failure on Android

Unlike most normal Linux(y) systems, Android uses bionic as its libc. The
problem for coro is that under bionic, <syscall.h> won't work, but
<sys/syscall.h> will[0].
So the module would need something like this[1]:
# ifdef __ANDROID__
# include <sys/syscall.h>
# else
# include <syscall.h> /* for SYS_* */
# endif
But in case that's not good enough, Time::HiRes also uses sycall.h, and has
some more general code in its Makefile.PL to handle the whole syscall.h /
sys/syscall.h problem.
