GLOB reference body patch for AnyEvent::HTTP

Hello!

I've created a patch to handle glob reference/IO::Handle bodies for AnyEvent::HTTP, in case a user wants to send a large file using AnyEvent. A test is also attached; I didn't include it
in the patch itself because it relies on AnyEvent::HTTPD.

The patch only handles globs/handles that are bound to a regular file; I tried to get it working with pipes, but couldn't.

Thanks,
Rob
