push_read bug on linux?

Hi,

attached is a test script that fails to finish reading from AE::Handle
on linux. it works fine on freebsd and macosx though.

just run it with a large newline-separated file as ARGV, and it will
stall before the first read_size finishes. Actually changing the
script to do chunk reads fails in the same way. This is a standard
ubuntu 10.4 server image on ec2 with EV installed using default
options. The Perl backend works fine too.
