anime.plan9.de - now with actual news

Not sure whether any real people are still subscribed to this list, but
after a long hiatus we have real news.

anime.plan9.de and hentai.plan9.de will move to a new hoster with more than
20 times the old bandwidth, and 3 times the available disk space.

this will take a few more weeks to execute, and finally there will be
space enough to put some more content on it (currently there are a mere
400gb of additions scheduled).

until then, the old server runs at reduced bandwidth, as we had to back up
the files over the last two months.
