No, but:

There is no such file on the server. Do you mean
"Perfect Blue (CD 1).mpg.gz" instead? That is fine:

   frank /usr/www/anime/movies/Perfect Blue# gunzip -vt *gz
   Perfect Blue (CD 1).mpg.gz:      OK
   Perfect Blue (CD 2).mpg.gz:      OK
   frank /usr/www/anime/movies/Perfect Blue# md5sum *
   52bc3ab3efce6b27baaf473cbdab7567  Perfect Blue (CD 1).mpg.gz
   e23a4861e6ccc4f1bb14a8be1ed02add  Perfect Blue (CD 2).mpg.gz

Likely, your download was corrupted. Try to switch off any non-standard
downloading tools. Some tools are just too stupid and interpret error
messages (e.g. for timeouts or blocks).

If you send me an rdiff signature of your file (http://librsync.sourcefrog.net/doc/rdiff.html)
I might be able to generate a delta file for you if it isn't too large.
