Server Auslastung

Please no p2p. I'm glad that there is a server available on non-blocked
ports. No everyone of us has access to private broadband connection.
But the commercial ones block all ports except 21, 22, 80, 111 and some
others.

ftp and http would be ok, but still there is the problem of how to
manage the user requests.

I think a queue system is ok unless the server is working on full
capacity. Once the number of requests on plan9.de decreases,
one can think of another system. Maybe some users on this mailing
list can post episodes and music archives (whole CDs) on
rapidshare.de or megaupload.com or similar share sites.

Building up a mirror server is a good idea. Who can do it?
