Indeed, it's much work. But I think it's worth it. I can do this too, but 
this
can last a month because I have to google around what song is on what
album etc.

Ok, then there are two jobs for me:
- sorting the unsorted stuff (1 week once I get a new index)
- creating the structure mentioned above (1 month as most)
